Zach Sobiech, Remembered

Zach Sobiech passed away yesterday. I have watched his story on the news and YouTube, and have to say my heart is very heavy for his family. Zach was from Lakeland, MN, and had just turned 18 this month. He died after a four year struggle with osteosarcoma. Zach is a recent YouTube sensation, with over 3 million views for his song, Clouds. He recently (February) preformed to a sold out crowd at the Varsity Theater. What I think is most remarkable, however, is that he represents the kind of young man you want your own sons to resemble; kind, optimistic, and empathetic. All those charicterisitcs are what make his story so heartbreaking. Stories like this also make you appreciate all the good there is in humanity.
