New Multitudes

I imagine we all remember Billy Bragg and Wilco's Mermaid Ave, Woody Guthrie's unreleased poems put to music.  Now another Uncle Tupelo veteran, Jay Farrar, as well as Jimmy James of My Morning Jacket and others are taking a crack at some more of Guthrie's lyrics.  They call themselves the New Multitudes, and their album is due out next week.  You can listen to it here.
