Blind Pilot

Two years ago, I saw this band at the 400 Bar in Minneapolis. July 9th, they are going to be back, and I think I might go. They are a good band with a very polished sound. I keep thinking that they are going to make it big, but I haven't heard them on the current yet (the current, 89.3 is Minnesota Public Radio's station for new music, bands that are 'making it').

I'm not sure if they are as great as I think they are, or that I just hang with a big fan base. A friend of mine biked down the West Coast with them three years ago, and last time they were in town they crashed at my brother-in-law's house (after post show drinking). Thankfully, I really do like their music, and find myself listening to their album 'Three Rounds and a Sound' from time to time (David- Marta may have this CD- I can't remember).

On a side note, they are big bike enthusiasts.
